Shipping Information
Beyond the Notes LLC accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience.
Beyond the Notes LLC orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday though Friday, excluding major holidays). Most orders will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days.
Refunds and Returns
If for any reason your are not satisfied with your Beyond the Notes LLC purchase, simply return the item within thirty (30) days and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. To complete your return, mail the item and a brief description of your complaint to:

Damaged Items
If your item was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at sales@beyondthenotes.com or (970) 988-5326. The carrier may inspect and pick up the damaged pieces and the item will be replaced.
Cancellation Policy
To request an order cancellation, please contact us at sales@beyondthenotes.com or (970) 988-5326. If the order has been processed and shipped, please follow our “Refunds and Returns” policy. If the order has not been processed and shipped, you will not be billed for the canceled item.
