What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Purchase Orders.
My school district uses Purchase Orders. Can I pay with a Purchase Order?
Yes! Upon checkout, there is a purchase order option where you can fill out your Purchase Order information. We will invoice you for the amount when we ship your product.
We need to you to fill out a W-9 in order to pay you. What’s the best way?
If we need to fill out a W-9, email the form to sales@beyondthenotes.com. Include the contact person along with their email, phone number, and fax number. Additionally, let us know if you would prefer we fax or scan and email the filled-out W-9 to you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For any downloadable products (e.g. e-books and several of our videos), you will be able to download your purchase when you order and beginning using it immediately. Other purchases (e.g. DVDs and CD-ROMs) will be shipped out in 5-7 business days.
I didn’t receive any instructions on how to download the e-book and video. Where do I find these?
The “download” button for our downloadable products is available on the right-hand side of the screen immediately following your purchase. If you have already left the site before downloading your product, contact us at sales@beyondthenotes.com and we will email you the appropriate files.
I’m interested in Rhythm Rulz, but want to see how it works first. Is there a trial version?
Yes! If you are interested in trying out Rhythm Rulz, email us at sales@beyondthenotes.com with your name, mailing address, phone number, email, and volume preference (either v. 1 or v. 2). We will send you a trial volume (whichever you specify in your email) and you will have thirty (30) days to try it out. If you are happy with it, go to www.beyondthenotes.com and purchase the full set (or purchase the DVD version). We will send you the remaining volume and the necessary passwords, or the DVD.
What’s the difference between the Rhythm Rulz DVD and Rhythm Rulz CD-ROM?
Both the CD-ROM and DVD versions of Rhythm Rulz have their advantages. The CD-ROM can be installed and used on multiple computers simultaneously. The DVD version works on both commercial DVD players or computers. Additionally, the DVD can play through the rhythm slides like a movie, which is a good way to practice “reading ahead” for sight-reading purposes. Given the appropriate equipment, both can be used for individual or class instruction.
What is a Site License?
A site license gives you permission to install the Rhythm Rulz CD-ROM on multiple computers in your school. This would be appropriate for you if you want to use Rhythm Rulz for individual instruction during class time.
Can we do a License for different schools in our school district?
Yes! We can provide custom quotes for school districts. To purchase a Site License for multiple schools, email us at sales@beyondthenotes.com. Let us know the number of individual schools you are purchasing the program for and we will provide you a quote.
